All are invited to register for Duke Voice Care Center’s 2016 Voice Enhancement Workshop: Voice Health and Training for Gospel Singers with guest instructor Dr. Trineice Robinson-Martin. The workshop will be held at Union Baptist Church at 904 N. Roxboro Street, Durham, NC.

Dr. Trineice Robinson-Martin has dedicated her career to performing & developing resources for teaching jazz, gospel/Christian, R&B, rock, country and pop singing styles. She serves on the music faculty at Princeton University and Rider University, on the national faculty of Gospel Music Workshop of America, and is the Executive Director of the African American Jazz Caucus, Inc.

An accomplished performer, teacher and scholar, Dr. Trineice’s work on gospel music pedagogy has appeared in Journal of Singing and Teaching Singing in the 21st Century. Her recently authored books Vocal Training for the Gospel Soloist and So You Want to Sing Gospel will be available this fall.

Master Class: If you’d like to sing for Dr. Trineice during the Master Class on Saturday, you must apply by November 18. If selected to sing, an additional $25 fee will be collected.
