On Sunday, April 2 at 7:00 pm, 250 voices and full orchestra will premiere Pepper Choplin’s cantata, Come to the Cross and Remember. The composer will conduct the choir from nine churches and Meymandi Concert Hall in Raleigh. The work will be accompanied by The Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle, who will also present Hadyn’s Passion Symphony.
Participating church choirs include: All Saints United Methodist of Raleigh, Covenant Presbyterian of Wendell, Grace Haven Fellowship of Wake Forest, Highland United Methodist, Holland’s United Methodist of Raleigh, Ridge Road Baptist of Raleigh, Trinity Baptist of Raleigh, Woodhaven Baptist of Cary, Zebulon Baptist of Zebulon.
